The Municipal Theater will be the center of Mountains 2016. Most sessions of the X European Mountain Convention will take place here as well as the first day of the I International Conference on Research for Sustainable Development in Mountain Regions. Most events of the social program will also happen at the Theater. The second day of the  I International Conference on Research for Sustainable Development in Mountain Regions will take place exclusively in the Campus de Sta. Apolónia, in particular in the School of Agriculture and the School of Technology and Management.

União das Freguesias de Sé, Santa Maria e Meixedo Auditorium Next to the Theatre, the Auditorium of the Group of Parishes of Sé, Santa Maria and Meixedo will be used in workshops and parallel sessions of Mountains 2016. Sponsored by the União das Freguesias de Sé, Santa Maria e Meixedo.
Centro Cultural Municipal Adriano Moreira The Auditorium of the Conservatory of Music of Bragança and other areas of this Cultural Centre will host parallel sessions of Mountains 2016.
