Context:

Many regions have attracted immigrant workers, especially in the agricultural and service sectors, contributing significantly to the local economy. However, these workers often face language barriers, difficulties in accessing decent housing and a lack of social integration. These challenges lead to isolation, labour instability and difficulties in regularising their situation, impacting on companies' productivity.
